    2. 22 April Soap Workshop (Cleome, Kate) DONE!

    4. Need to re-attach some tree labels that were attached to pruned branches (Kate) DONE!
    5. See about buying Dillon's grow light (Cleome). No longer willing to sell. DONE!
    6. Procure replacement water manifold. (Jan) Installed. DONE!
    7. Procure or repair cranks for West roll-up. (Jan) Repaired, not yet installed. DONE!
    8. Install gable fans from UVic greenhouse in either side of the prop room, so plenty of cool air can be drawn in from nooks and crannies, without rolling sides up. (Jan) East end installed. Will continue to evaluate need for west end fan. DONE!
    9. Ongoing need for hose sprayers that wear out or grow legs. Look for good quantity price. (Kate) DONE!
    10. Re-stretch skin. (all) Postpone indefinitely; things seem to be working; watch for problems in high winds.
    11. Separate the prop room roll-ups so the east room can be opened independently. (Jan) Postpone indefinitely; don't think we really need this.
    12. Replaced broken mechanical water timers in west room of greenhouse. (Jan) DONE!
    13. Market excess goats (Jan). Four sold; continue marketing three remaining bucklings. DONE!
    14. Priority to removing big pile off of deck, as there's no place to shovel. (Maties, Sergio) DONE!
    15. Need more forks, probably enough for one or two markets left. (Jan, Cleome) DONE!
    16. Investigate new jars (Cleome). Deleted; we agreed canning jars are more likely to get re-used. DONE!

    25. Hang EcoReality sign (Leonard, Jan). SO CLOSE! Main sign will be hung this afternoon, daughter signs this week. Thank you, Leonard, for making this your "pet project!"
  4. Market
    1. Research and procure re-coating market tent. (Jan)
    2. Planning for marketing soap at Tuesday Market, since they won't let us sell it outright. Make a sign. Photos taken and ready. (Jan)
    3. Cleome wants to reduce the number of different preserves we have, and to reduce or stop making relish, which is not a big seller. Focus on winners and salsa, which does sell.
  5. Eggs
    1. A dozen more duck eggs are incubating; we're gathering chicken eggs to put in with them on Friday, so they will all hatch at the same time.
  6. Fruit
    1. Materials procured (emitters, clamps, 3/4" line) for timed watering. Need to install and program the timer. (Jan, Lauren)
    2. Blueberries looking unhappy. Give them some chicken manure compost tea. (Kate)
  7. Greenhouse
    1. Move ducks in with chickens, along with their tractor.
    2. Need replacement eye bolts for base of sides. Need to be sturdier, 3/8" or so. (Jan)
    3. Need tough bird netting on north side; chickens are getting through the wimpy netting that is there. Materials procured, south side done. (Cleome, Leonard)
    4. Fix North purlin in East room. (Jan)
    5. Install repaired cranks for West roll-up. (Jan)
    6. Patch holes. (Cleome, Jan)
    7. Potting up (ongoing, all)
    8. With new gable fan and shade cloth, ventilation seems to be much improved. It was a pain to get that big fan up there, so we will watch carefully to see if a second fan is really needed.
    9. Fabricate side retaining cord clips out of the found wiggle-wire. We need as many as a third replaced (96), due to the stress of using them to support eagle-catchers over the chicken runs. (Jan)
    10. Found the newly installed valve forcibly turned the wrong way! Need irrigation instruction signs to keep from breaking valves. (Kate)
  8. Dairy
    1. Running out of cheese storage. Need to clean up and move one from farm store to the sewing room, next to the fridge already there. (Jan)
    2. Sold Lefty, Sammy, and Lefty's two bucklings. Will elastrate and de-horn for buyer in about a month.
    3. Fix west hedgerow fence — it's not hot. (Cleome, Jan)
    4. Check hooves and trim (Jan) ongoing, Taara and Sazmazz trimmed. Commit to one day a week to trim.
    5. Clean goat trailer: can wait until fall, but we should get it out of there before they start on hay, because it's better quality and easier to move without the hay in it.
    6. Cut all but a few spares of 10' T-posts in half (Jan)
  9. Infrastructure & Admin
    1. Pither suit:
      • requested to go in camera at 10:08
      • completed in camera meeting at 10:11; agreed to proceed with current efforts as requested by our lawyer.
    2. Running low on propane, perhaps. Fill small propane tank as a backup. (Jan)
    3. Hang EcoReality sign: frame is up; needs guying. Main sign will go up today.

    5. Get new rubber stamp for product bags and such (Jan)
    6. Catch up on tax filings (Jan): sorting receipts in prep for entry
    7. Get new computer set up as web server (Jan) ongoing
  10. Education
    1. Did vidchat with Bruce Röttgers on Monday. He looks like a keener, and seems enthusiastic about being here. Put him in touch with Philipp (Jan).
    2. Cleome needs her marriage certificate for Ministry of Ed (Jan).
  11. Cleome's move: will keep on agenda, but deferred until after market season.
    1. Fix VVG (Jan)
      • Find someone who will rebuild pump
