      1. Upcoming classes and events: none noted. Hope to have programs for the summer.
      2. Recruiting:
        • Janaia (of Peak Moment TV) wants info about EcoReality to post on her blog.
        • Margrette contacted us via [FIC website]; looking for an ecovillage to live in, has some funds.
    3. Health and safety concerns and updates: none noted.
  6. New business:
    1. Review 2014-01 harvest, 2014-01 sales, 2014-01 labour, and 2014-01 gross productivity: not reviewed
    2. Meter readings and billing for electricity use: electricity use is up slightly, but we got a whopper of a bill, because BC Hydro has not read the meter since March 2013! Jan will negotiate spreading the payments out over ten months.
    3. AGREED: to rent outdoor working space to Byron Robillard for the month of March for $300, including a nominal amount of electricity (no electric space heating). It will be in front of the eastmost bay of the Green Building. If the space is needed after the end of March, it will be at $100 per week, as we will be needing that space for market garden prep. Jan will rent Byron welding equipment and tools under a separate agreement.
    4. AGREED: EcoReality will assume possession of Sunshine (1981 Volkswagen Vanagon) for use as a dedicated electric market vehicle, in exchange for 2,000 Class B shares to Jan.
    5. AGREED: EcoReality will convert Sunshine to electric drive, for use as a dedicated electric market vehicle. Jan will loan funds (as needed) to EcoReality for materials and perform the conversion for Class B shares for his labour and that of other helpers.
    6. Cleome reports that Rudy told her he would not attend any more meetings, because he doesn't like the way business is conducted.
      • Discussion about finding a replacement third member who is willing to take part in co-op business.
    7. Review and prioritize current projects: tabled.
    8. Review 2014 budget: tabled.
  7. Review arrivals/departures, guests and apprentices:
    • Moeed's computer and tablet were returned via Canada Post, and payment has been received. Sylvain has packed up the rest of his possessions, which will be returned this week.
    • Nerissa and Ian here for the weekend, departing with Cleome on the 13:50 today.
    • Nerissa, Ian, Clover, Eddie, and Paisley planning to be here for spring break, 28 March through 5 April.
    • Sylvain Todd will leave on 26th to take care of his father. He wants to come back, but cannot commit to a date at this time.
    • Diana Leafe Christian (of Creating a Life Together and Ecovillage Newsletter) visited last Tuesday and Wednesday.
  8. Farm meeting:
    • Half of prop room sheet-mulched and bark-dusted. Need more cardboard. Jan will seek.
    • Pears still okay, but need processing VERY soon -- this week.
    • Due dates for goats calculated. Looks like we will stop milking March 3rd.
    • Items to track (rough priority order):
      1. Check for bulk potting soil prices.
      2. Shop for small diesel for power rototiller.
      3. Setup lights for greens.
      4. Make some "salad boats" out of cut-off portions of seedling trays
      5. Prep for cider making.
        • Decant pear vinegar and clean out blue barrel.
        • Transport cider press.
      6. Get at least one chain saw working and continue harvesting wood.
      7. Clean up farm store area in prep for construction.
      8. Replace water timer in west room of greenhouse.
      9. Cleome contact Gavin about putting manure on fields he leases from us. (in process)
      10. Get cedar slabs and bark from Shane for projects and path mulch. (in process)
      11. Jan and others: re-arrange the greenhouse tables. in process
      12. Complete irrigation plumbing in greenhouse after locating and levelling tables. In process as tables are positioned and levelled.
      13. Fix sickle bar in prep for spring mowing.
      14. Move the glass canning jars out of the Yellow House parking lot into the Ikea shed.
      15. Fix big rototiller -- won't run for more than a minutes or so; investigate fuel blockage -- back burner, winter project.
      16. Investigate using small greenhouse as a food dehydrator.
      17. Fix dining room ceiling.
        • Roll up Ron's rug and move it into the attic or somewhere.
        • Move dining room stuff into living room.
        • Plastic-wrap dining room in prep for ceiling demolition.
    • Tracked items recently completed:
      1. Empty freezer in farm store, feed to chickens. DONE! Thanks, Sylvain!
      2. Clean up classroom and cloakroom. DONE! Thanks, Sylvain!
