  3. Agenda approved.
  4. Minutes of previous two meetings, 2012-03-07 and 2012-03-10, approved unanimously.
  5. Old business:
    • Matters arising from old minutes: Nothing
    • To do list - reviewed - lots of new additions.
    • Project updates:
  6. Health & Safety - no new concerns.
  7. New business:
    • AGREED: AGM delayed one more week.
    • Meters on white house for outbuilding electricity use have been read and reviewed.
    • Reviewed volunteer applicants.
      • Shannon - contacted, will be getting a firm date soon, probably about 15 April.
      • Matthew - will be called today. Have a good feeling so far though.
      • several others in various stages of review.
    • The large field needs to be ph tested - kit purchased. (on Carol's task list) - will do with Charles' help.
  8. Arrivals/Departures: None
  9. Farm meeting:
    • Clean up small greenhouse in preparation for seeding.
    • Charles breaking down charcoal into small particles to use in soil mix.
    • Still waiting for soil blockers.
  10. Plans for next week:
    • Fix tractor - DONE!
    • Continue work on commercial greenhouse and tables. (Jan/Charles)
    • Jan/Carol will complete annual report for the delayed AGM.
    • Jan to get Vanagon working so that Jetta can get a new timing belt.
    • Jan committed to getting one greenhouse table done and work on building the doors.
  11. Confirm next meeting:
    • The AGM is also part of next weeks meeting.
    • Next residents' meeting: Wednesday, 7 March 2012, 09:00, Jan facilitating and Carol taking minutes.
