If the weather is really nasty, we'll try to have indoor work available. followed by optional farm tour (possibly with a flock of goats) from 16:45 until optional potluck at 18:00, followed by optional movie or presentation or homemade music. Come to one, any, or all!
Who? 
General public — all are welcome! No notice needed. Residents will prepare a work plan and have tools and materials ready.
Where? 
Outside the EcoReality classroom, 2172 Fulford-Ganges Road, Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 1Z7 (How to get to EcoReality.)
Bring? 
Boots, work gloves, dirty clothes, water bottle, and whatever else you need for working outside. We have all of the tools necessary.

    1. Request 1,050 Class A Investment Shares to Jan Steinman for brand new diesel pump and 100' of 3" suction line, with two camlock connectors and two foot valves. This is necessary in order to start a siphon from the reservoir for irrigating the East Field and the greenhouse.       Used physical assets would normally be exchanged for Class B Shares. I am requesting Class A shares in this case because the pump is brand new, never used. I bought it at a great price ($800) on speculation that EcoReality would need it someday. The 3" suction line is used, purchased today (2012-03-16) for $250.
