    1. Matters arising from minutes: reviewed Seedy Saturday; Styrian Pumpkin seeds a big hit; Peruvian Goldenberries a close second. Jam/jelly/eggs didn't move. Much networking done, though!

      2. Upcoming classes and events:
        1. Seedy Saturday
        2. Humanure workshop: potluck will be at Fulford Hall, so only the workshop is here. Jan in touch with Lea, and will work on preparations next week.
      3. Recruiting (Jan)
        • Ron has been informed that the junk tractors he dumped without permission nor discussion will be hauled out of the parking lot and his loan will be debited for the time taken.
        • Steve B from Bainbridge Island is interested in the new cottage, may visit this weekend.
        • Cottage plans progressing with good conversation with Robert last Sunday. We need to somehow raise the cost of materials and at least half of Robert's labour, while recruiting students to support the other half.

      6. Water system (Jan): no change
    5. Health and safety concerns and updates: none noted
  6. New business
    1. AGREED: to rent the classroom to Cathy V for yoga, as negotiated by Jan.
      • Rudy notes that the Qi Gong group could be enticed to come back if Ron's junk is gone and things are cleaned up, which is the main reason they left.
  7. Review arrivals/departures, guests and apprentices:
    • Carol gone through Thursday.
    • Chris R coming for farm steward interview today.
    • Jan gone to Pender to pick up washer/dryer for White House tomorrow (Thursday).
    • Jan gone to Victoria Friday for farmers market business and strategic planning workshop, on behalf of the Tuesday Market Steering Committee.
    • Steve B planning to visit Saturday or Sunday.
  8. Farm meeting:
    • Rudy interested in starting to make soil blocks next week.
      • Jan needs to mix up a tank of fertigation, and possibly get other needed inputs.
    • Jan needs to take cuttings of Japanese Silverberry before sap starts to rise.
    • Rudy reports a German volunteer would like to work one or two days a week here.
  9. Plans for the week:
    • Jan: replace washer/dryer in White House and fix toilet seat and other small things.
    • Jan: work on quotes for cottage and development plan.
