  4. Old business:
    • Matters arising from old minutes:
      • Sugar beet: already ordered 2000 non-GMO sugar beets.
      • Gavin agreed to deliver manure.
    • To do list:
      • Move mulch pile and consider the use
      • Weeding strawberry bed: on the to-do list for this week.
    • Calendar:
      • Ben will be leaving for one day the day Jan and Carol back.
      • Ben and Carrie are both off on Sunday (10th).
      • New workshop possibility: Geo addresses the interest in hosting a natural healing workshop (axiatonal realignment)
    • Project updates not reviewed.
  5. Health & Safety:
    • Goats: Jan worked on the fence already. Pay attention on the possibility of baby goats running out.
  6. New business: no new business.
  7. Arrivals/Departures not reviewed.
  8. Farm meeting:
    • Propagation:
      • Beds: around 22 beds being prepared and planted
      • Move tables out of west room to the center room
      • Development: leave addition soil work till this fall
    • Regarding Vegetable:
      • Kimchi: Chinese cabbage attacked by wire beetle. Solution: research on the possibility of using it as kimchi
      • Harvest: Redsail lettce are in good size now, sell to NatureWorks or market.
      • Research retail price of vegetable in different supermarkets (Geo)
    • New bed in east garden:
      • Priority: plant squash bed (after Gavin deliver manure)
      • Empty the space of Chinese cabbage for new vegetable
    • West Garden:
      • Reseed uneven growing spaces
