     • Members: Rudy Siegers, Jan Steinman, Carol Wagner.
     • (Investor Ron Pither called at 08:35 to say he would not be attending, and that he has emailed comments about last meeting's minutes. Those comments appear here unedited, in their entirety. Posting these comments are for the record only; the members/directors do not necessarily agree with any of them. Most of these assertions are rebutted by the co-op minutes and official filings with the BC Corporate Registry, and will not be dealt with again unless requested by members.)

5. Old business:
   • Matters arising from old minutes: Nothing
   • To do list
     • Remove Ron's tasks that have to do with:
       • BC RTA for white house -- Ron has signed the RTA everyone else signed last November. Thanks, Ron!
       • "memorandum of understanding" regarding profit centres formerly under his direction; as of 4 January, he now says he will not provide such a document, and those profit centres have been removed from his responsibility.
   • Calendar
     • Seedy Saturday coming up 11 Feb.
     • Rudy interested in planning before:
       • Look into Chinese greens, such as Bok Choi, Chinese Cabbage, etc.
       • AGREED: we will have a "what to buy" seed discussion Friday the 10th, 9AM.
   • Project updates:
     • Necessary changes in involvement in EcoReality
       • changes to co-op rules to be filed this week (on to do list)
       • Mortgage review: with Ron's finally signing the lease (the only remaining requirement of renewal), CCEC has agreed to renew our mortgage.
     • Emergency power - no change
     • Commercial greenhouse -- waiting for labour and better weather, more work this week.
     • Yellow house suite - no change
     • Water system - stable, but leaking
     • Firewood - need to get some soon, running out
     • No PDC this spring, maybe fall. Ben is very keen on doing this.
     • Goat shed - Needs the roof sealed and then we can work on the inside.
   • Missing items:
     • Still missing butcher block
     • Still missing 2 hay forks
     • Missing rototiller found on Mayne island has still not been returned.
