   • Present:
     • Members: Rudy Siegers, Jan Steinman, Carol Wagner.

3. Minutes of previous meeting, 20111102, approved.
4. Old business:
   • Review to do list: not discussed
   • Review calendar: not discussed
   • Project updates:
     • Greenhouse proceeding. Brad helped put on the side poly-lock; Carol helped put on the wind bracing. Ready for gable end framing.
5. New business:
   1. Request sponsoring Victoria Legislature demonstration sponsorship, low-key, primarily for insurance coverage.
      • Jan outlined the demonstration, planned for Wednesday, 23 November, in concert with similar demonstrations across the country.
      • Carol expressed concern about possible additional coverage needed and possible cost.
      • AGREED: EcoReality will sponsor the Victoria food freedom demonstration, subject to Jan checking with our insurance agent about coverage and costs.
   2. Review 2011-10 harvest and 2011-10 sales not discussed.
   3. Discuss deteriorating situation and propose solutions.
      • Recent email exchange discussed.
      • No new solutions proposed other than those proposed earlier:
        1. Someone buy out Jan's & Carol's interest in EcoReality,
        2. Someone buy out Ron's interest in EcoReality,
           • There are four parties interested in helping us with this option, but they all have to sell property before they could buy out even a portion of Ron's shares.
        3. Sell EcoReality's assets and split up the proceeds,
        4. Eventual mortgage foreclosure and forced sale.
   4. Request that directors declare that they are in favour of the motion to sell the property.
      • AGREED: the three directors unanimously approve the motion to sell the property. The motion will go out with the wording: "The directors recommend approval of this motion" or similar to that effect.
   5. Profit-centre 2012 budget review
      • No budgets have been submitted yet.
6. Farm meeting:
   • Welcome volunteers Florian and Anne-Marie, from Germany, who are helping process apples and building the greenhouse.
   • Rudy has a lot of juice; Jan offered to help him ferment it so it will keep longer.
7. Plans for the week:
   • Apple processing
   • Greenhouse gable end construction.
   • Firewood Fridays
   • Paperwork (skylights, property taxes, cost of residents and volunteers, etc.)
   • Next residents' meeting: Wednesday, 16 November 2011, 08:30.
