1. Last week's minutes did NOT get approved!
2. Reminder: Newsletter articles are due on Wednesday.
   • ACTION: Shannon Cowan will write something by Saturday morning, January 23, 2010 on group process for the newsletter. (Shannon Cowan)
     
   • ACTION: (abandoned task) Susie Anne Bartsch will submit a piece for newsletter by Saturday morning, January 23, 2010. (Susie Anne Bartsch)
     
3. Reminder: Annual Report was due last Saturday; only one has been received. All present have committed to having the first draft of our reports complete by the end of January.
   • ACTION: Jan Steinman will have the first draft of his annual reports complete by the end of January 2010. (Jan Steinman)
     
   • ACTION: (abandoned task) Susie Anne Bartsch will have the first draft of her annual reports complete by the end of January 2010. (Susie Anne Bartsch)

4. Reminder: retreat minute takers need to get their minutes entered.
   • ACTION: Shannon Cowan, Jan Steinman, and Carol Wagner will transcribe retreat flipchart minutes from Winter Retreat 2010 and enter them on the WIKI. (Shannon Cowan)
     
5. "Rap sheet" discussion, brainstorming, and revision -- goal is to have it complete!
   • ACTION: Shannon Cowan will transcribe the notes we made on the flipchart for creating the Cold Call portion of our Rap Sheet from tonight and send them out for review by email. (Shannon Cowan)
