  1. Discussion about membership interview. See email to members for content.

        • Question about being arrested changed to “have you ever done anything criminal?”

        • Accountability and/or tracking for steps in the process. Sign and date agreements.
          • ACTION: [x] (abandoned task) Shannon Cowan Shannon will draft accountability and/or tracking for steps in the application process, review member guide responsibilities, refine the internal process for what we do with information from applications (example is checking references).

        • Modify reading list- Choose 3 books for required and the rest are suggestions.

        • Personality tests. Change amount of tests? Optional?
        • Have workshop about the personality tests and digest the results as a group and how it relates to the group.
        • If your property is for sale or you anticipate selling it to invest in the co-op submit appraisal of property if available. Priorities are: Appraisal by appraiser, appraisal by realtor, appraisal by government tax apartment.
        • Remove resources inventory. Too arbitrary and suggestive. Replace first setction with self determined lists: Skills and materials.
        • Recruiting- Have more people fill this application out! (ANOTHER MEETING)
        • Members review the procedure and look at their own memberships.
        • Add non-negotiables to application procedure
        • Go over interview list and add to questionnaire.

Membership package- Suggestion to use outside designer to draw design for EcoReality. Nods all around. Jan will research.

Jan- a lot of the package is fluid and changing. When we need a member package, print one off at time. Instead of a deadline for the “Final” version of all documents.
