Old Business needs to be added to minutes at every meeting to review Action items.
Resident Meetings will change to Mondays starting in October. Anyone that wants to change from Tuesday mornings will need to talk with Shannon 48 hours prior to that meeting.
Shannon presented her Action Plan on a white board for a visual look at it.
Insurance is due on Tuesday. Carol will find out how much, the break down and when.
WWOOFer attendance at meetings: ACTION: Jan Steinman Jan will write up an entry in the WWOOF FAQ with possible editing by Dennis. (Jan Steinman)
Arrivals/Departures
- Gina Andolfatto, our newest WWOOFer has arrived and will be with us until 4 Sep.
- Jim Cowan coming 24-28 August
- Sean arriving 25-27 August
- Shannon, Susie Anne, Brenden, Sienna & Jessie will be offsite for one day while renovations are happening it the white house
- James & Shannon will be away on the 2nd for their anniversary.
- Carol's brother Joe and his son William leaving today on the 3:50 ferry.
