Community supported agriculture is commonly implemented as a system by which consumers pay a certain amount to a farmer at the beginning of the season, and in return, the consumers receive periodic deliveries of farm products.

As implemented by EcoReality Co-op, the "consumers" will purchase Class C Investment Shares in the co-op, and those shares will be redeemed throughout the following year proportionate with the value of farm products received by the consumer.

We'll refer to the "consumers" as "EcoReality CSA Shareholders" or "Class C Investment Shareholders."
