Part 3- At this point in the brainstorm, the participants took a walk outside on the farm, into the forest, out to the goats, did headstands on haybales and observed what they would like to see on the farm.

  • Screening process- membership application process. Screening for emotional, physical, fiscal handicaps
  • Managing interactions with potential members- make feel welome, engraciating ourselves to people, follow up and feedback. Best face forward. Transparency.
